THE "REBEL" WORKOUT
Work up a sexy sweat to easy to follow routines combining expressive, edgy movements with high intensity cardio intervals to dancehall, afrobeats, soca and house.
Mondays & Wednesdays - 5:30-6:15pm
Wukup (wine-up your waistline) and get your sexy sweat on with this high-energy, easy to follow dance cardio routines to the best of soca and afrobeat rhythms.
Saturday - 10:10 - 10:55am
Have a blast sweating and dancing up a storm with easy to follow, high intensity sequences to the best in Electro, House, Rock and Pop styled music.
Thursdays - 5:30-6:15pm
Sundays - 10:30-11:15
